Hi, I’m Guido Bohler — a leadership- and career-coach working with professionals across Europe and Asia to help them level up, pivot with confidence, and embrace new challenges in their careers.
With over 20 years of experience at global companies like IBM and Microsoft, I’ve led international Learning & Development teams across both continents.
My work has always centered around one core mission: helping people grow, lead, and thrive in a fast-changing world of work.
Today, I partner with leading talent organizations such as Randstad Enterprise and Lee Hecht Harrison as well as the Global Coach Group to deliver world-class leadership development and transition programs.
