What you'll get

A short guided conversation that walks you through your own situation — not in the usual order. You'll define what you're actually solving and what success would look like before you're asked what to do about it. At the end, you'll have:

• A clear Problem statement — situation, complication, and what's actually at risk

• A working Result — specific enough to plan against

• A short list of what this will take — including what you may still need to learn or ask for

• Your key assumptions, named — the things you're taking for granted that might not hold, so you can watch for them early instead of discovering them mid-project
