Guido Bohler is a career coach and leadership development consultant based in Taipei, Taiwan. With over 20 years of experience in talent development across Europe and Asia, including 15 years at Microsoft, where he led international Learning & Development teams, Guido brings a unique cross-cultural perspective to career development and leadership growth.

Guido holds multiple coaching certifications, including Executive Coaching from the Center of Executive Coaching in the U.S. and Career Coaching from the Aventis School of Business in Singapore. He’s also accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). His fluency in English, German, and Mandarin Chinese enables him to work effectively with professionals across cultural and linguistic boundaries.
